A claim.
Many parties. One contact.
Even if you are not already insured through us, we may support your out-of-court claim handling under a separate advisory assignment, particularly for third-party motor liability claims.
We structure the claim.
A claim may involve injured parties, insurers, experts, repairers, tradespeople and other professionals. We bring information and workflows together.
Initial review and assignment
We review documents, responsibility, insurance contracts, correspondence and known deadlines. The out-of-court assignment is then clearly agreed.
Inspection and evidence
Where possible we coordinate joint inspections and help ensure that photographs, invoices, estimates, witness statements and other evidence are preserved.
Prepare the claim schedule
We identify individual loss items, link supporting documents and structure the out-of-court claim.
Coordinate communication
We support communication with the liability insurer, experts, repairers and other professionals and address contradictions early.
Compare valuations
Expert reports, estimates and invoices are checked for understandable differences and open issues are queried objectively.
Support through settlement
We follow questions, partial payments and statements until the out-of-court process is completed and explain what remains open.
Third-party motor liability claims.
Under Austrian law the injured third party can generally assert the compensation claim, within the relevant insurance contract, directly against the liability insurer.

Important before engagement.
Do I need to be an existing client?
No. Claim support can be agreed as a separate advisory service in insurance matters.
Is the service free?
For non-clients and stand-alone advice, the fee is agreed transparently before work starts.
Do you represent me in court?
No. The service is limited to out-of-court advice and negotiation. A lawyer is required for court proceedings.
Can you guarantee a specific payment?
No. The result and timing depend on liability, contract, evidence, amount of loss, cooperation and applicable law.
